The bed was too high, that's sad thing.

that was absolutely great and lovely hotel set in great area, close enough to cafes as well as restaurants and sites. there were central heating, cable television and a mini bar fridge in the room, appreciated that.

The rooms were stocked and impressive with large beds, good prices.

Central location near to a great Chinese Restaurant, it was in a quiet area. The overall atmosphere was family, nonetheless some staff members were absolutely rude.

During my Christmas stay, the two things that I enjoyed the most were the comfy beds and the great location. The beds were so cozy and comfortable that I slept so much soundly that I didn't want to wake up in the morning. the location was perfect for me as I was able to explore the city easily. I loved that it was close to all the great restaurants and shops, so I didn't have to go out of my way to find anything. Finally, the daily cleaning service was exceptional, and we always returned to a neat and tidy room.

There were some aspects of this stay that I disliked. the room amenities were lacking, and we felt like we didn't get our money's worth.

To top it off, breakfast was convenient and delicious!

While we loved our stay overall, the one downside was that the pool was a tad bit cold for our liking. We also wished there was more room space for larger families like ours, but the sofa bed did come in handy for the kids.
